George Leptos was born in Nicosia, Cyprus in March 1963. He lived in the town of Kyrenia until the Turkish invasion in 1974. He received his B.Sc. degree (with honours) in Civil Engineering from King’s College, University of London. Thereafter, he followed postgraduate business studies in the United States and was awarded the degree of MBA from the American University, Washington D.C.
George Leptos is the vice chairman of the Leptos Group and an active executive member of the boards of several Leptos Group companies. His duties include the management of several projects involving, amongst others, land development, architectural studies, management of mega projects and construction, as well as other engagements and duties, such as overall corporate management and executive level management of the Group’s activities including Tourism, University and Medical and the investment programme and expansion of the Leptos Group in Cyprus and abroad.
He is currently the Vice President in Tourism of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and member of the Cyprus Association of Architects and Civil Engineers. Furthermore he is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Neapolis University, Pafos. From 2008 until 2014, he was elected and served as the President of the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the President of the Paphos Region Tourism Board.

Marinos Stylianou was born and raised in Pafos. After completing his military duties, he studied History and Archaeology, specializing in the Historical Section at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Upon his return to Cyprus he worked as a Deputy Secretary / Director of Farmer’s Cooperative Company (SYN.E.KTI Pafos).
Then in 2007 he pursued a master’s degree in the UK in Counselling Studies from the University of Nottingham. In 2008, he pursued further postgraduate studies at the Open University of United Kingdom in Educational Administration and Organization with a master’s degree in Professional Studies in Education. He also holds a master’s degree in Law, International and European Economic Law (LLM) from the University of Neapolis.
Marinos Stylianou from 2008 until March 31, 2018 was a Senior Teacher of History and Philology, Head of the Office of Counselling and Vocational Education and Head of the Department of Greek Studies of the International School of Pafos with educational and administrative duties. He also taught as a trainer at the Ministry of Education Training Centres.
His political beliefs included him from a young age in the Democratic Party. From his student years, he served as Public Relations Officer and Member of the Democratic Student Association of Thessaloniki, then District Secretary of NE.D.I.K Pafos and District Secretary of the Institute of Young Scientists. In November 2015, he assumed the position of President of Pafos Youth of the Democratic Party until December 2018 where he had been an ex officio member of the District Committee and member of Secretariat of Pafos Democratic Party and member of the Youth Political Central Council.
Marinos Stylianou at the Local Municipal Elections 2016 was elected Municipal Councillor in the Municipality of Pafos for the period of 2017 – 2021 with Democratic Party ballot paper. At the same time, the plenary of the Municipal Council decided at a meeting as represented by the Municipality of Pafos at the School Board for the following term 2017-2021. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Pafos Sewerage Board for the current five years and a member of Pafos Afrodite Festival Board.
Marinos Stylianou on April 1, 2018 assumed the position of Secretary / Director of the Pafos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
