The Paphos Chamber is twinned with the Chamber of Commerce of Achaia (Patras) in 1975, the Chamber of Commerce of Chios in 1989, and the Chamber of Commerce of Chania (Crete) in 2010. It has signed a Protocol of Cooperation with the Chambers of Fthiotida (Lamia) and Preveza in 2005 and a Protocol of Cooperation and Understanding with the Chambers of the Network of the twinned cities of Greece with the city of Paphos in 2012. The cities participating in the network is Mytilini, Kalamaria Thessaloniki, Corfu, Lamia, Preveza and Chania. It has also signed business partnerships with the Chamber of Commerce of Serres in 2000, with the Chambers of Kiev, Odessa and Lviv of Ukraine in 2010, the Chamber of Nizhniy Novgorod of Russia in 2011, with the Chambers of the cities Cherkaskoi, Kirovogradskoy, and Sumskoy Ukraine in 2014 and the Federation of Industries of India (All India Association of Industries – AIAI) in 2014.

Furthermore in 2015 it was signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation at the Amman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jordan, at the presence of H.E President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, and in 2016 a Cooperation Protocol between the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Georgia. In 2017 the Pafos Chamber proceeded to a more deepening of International Relations action by signing an MOU with the Chambers of Alexandria and Cairo of Egypt, respectively, within the framework of the event ‘NOSTOS the ReTuRn’.
