ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be hold on Wednesday 09 September, 2015 at the Athena Royal Beach Hotel.

The internal part of the Annual Meeting will begin at 5.00pm (members only) where the Report of Activities of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements for the year 2014 will be submitted. Moreover the establishment of the Audit Committee will be adopted, based on the International Internal Audit Standards.

At the official part of the Annual Meeting which will follow at 6.30pm (for guests and members) the President of the Chamber, Mr. Andreas Dimitriades ( will be contact in Greek but summarised in English) in his speech, will refer to the Activities Report of the Chamber. He will analyse the serious problems faced by the business community of the Paphos District and will submit the recommendations of the Chamber for their resolution.

Reference will also be made to the outstanding infrastructure and development projects as well as other actions required to be implemented to restore growth in the Paphos District.

The meeting will be attended and addressed by:

• The Minister of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism Mr. Yiorgos Lakkotripis.
• The President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr Fidias Pilides.

All speeches will be conducted in Greek language.
